I got a piece of paper with a number on it. I had ordered one before and thought the card never came now I realize I might’ve thrown it in the garbage because I was expecting the card not a piece of paper. I’m very disappointed.

My phone card arrived 2 weeks to late can't count on this if you want to keep your phone active.

Tracfone is the worst of the worst with anything cell phone. I will be ditching them for MOSTLY their lack customer service's knowledge. All you get is lip service. Cannot even tell you how to add minutes to their phone.
