I purchased the product as it is the only available large size roulette on the market. When I hesitated to make the decision to buy the product, I paid special attention to its return policy and nowhere specifies the buyer to pay the return fee and restocking fee. After receiving the product, I found the quality is mediocre and it doesn't worth the money, so I decided to return it. But I paid over $65 for the return postage and another $48 for the restocking charges. I felt been cheated. It's not a decent business practice at all.

I like the roulette wheel,but the spindle is a little off balance and under the lip of where the ball rolls it was not finished.I am just a little concerned that the wheel will give me problems down the road.It is a great value and probably should give it a 3.5 rating.for that alone.

Ordered this for a Super Bowl party. Received quickly however the metal wheel was missing and the wood was cracked. I have requested a replacement. Will update my review assuming the new one arrives in time for the party. Very disappointed.

On the surface it looked nice. I returned 2 because the shade of the stain was more yellow that the rich color depicted. The actual quality was "rough"in the area that the ball is placed under the lip to spin was not smooth. We have 8 roulette wheels and all are smoothly finished in the area where the ball spins. The price was good but it would not have takenuch more to reach top quailty.

This is a good wheel. it is NOT finished like you would expect it to be. There are small bumps where the four sections come together that make the ball bounce a bit. The wood has slight cracks in it and there are areas of the wood that look unsanded and cause friction.I used it as is through the holidays but will end up taking it apart and using wood filler and a super fine sand paper to smooth it all out.Again, if you want a PERFECT wood wheel, you will be spending A LOT more money. For me, for the money, I'm ok with this product.

I ordered and the item although stating delivered never left the warehouse. This caused much problem and refund was not processed until a week later. Why can't people just be honest and state non in stock or on back order?

The wheel spins nice and smooth, a little too fast than i would like but if you do a slow spin its a lot better. I'm not too sure what type of ball it requires but i have a ceramic one, it fits perfect into the numbers it just feels a little light to me in weight. It is a nice wooden material and goes good with the gold on the wheel. We've had several casino nights at the house and everyone loves it!

Immediately disappointed right out of the box... The color is not as per image and every wood joint is cracked. It is unacceptable quality at any price. Very poor workmanship and needs to be returned. No ball included.
