This is a very well built and useful trailer! It pulls nice and rides smooth. I've been using it almost every day since I put it together. I put a 2x6 floor in it just because we're pretty abusive around here. I am thinking very hard about buying another. If the manufacturer reads this please don't install any grease sertz, let the buyer do it. Your packing job was very good but two grease fittings still broke off. Please include a few more washers, and if possible the hitch design might be improved so you don't get those "clunking" sounds with speed changes. These are small issues. I am very impressed with the product, the shipping, and its performance!Thank You!

I’m pretty happy with this trailer. I use it to haul wood and help me maintain trails on my property. I’ve had it a week or so and all is good. I figure if I’m gentle with it (like I’m not chucking heavy logs in there and busting up the mesh), it’ll last awhile. The annoying part concerns the grease zerks. 2/4 of mine were dislodged and fell out. I found them in the bottom of the shipping box, in the little cardboard crevasses. When looking at them, the male and female threads, on both the axel and fitting, were stripped big time. I have extras and got it worked out but it was an extra hassle for me.Yesterday, I checked and at some point this week zerk 3/4 has popped out (another original zerk). So I’ll just replace all. Annoying but not a costly or hard fix to make.Knowing what I know now, I’d still make the purchase but I’d immediately replace the zerks if they looked at all goofy.Oh- I should mention the nuts and bolts. Usually, I chuck those right in the trash and use quality bolts from the hardware store. Too many bad experiences with crummy quality, stripping, etc. over the years. These seemed quality and I gave it a shot. Nothing stripped, everything bolted straight and tight. Seems like quality hardware. I had very minor blemishes from shipping but not a concern for me. A few points required a rubber mallet for minor “encouragement†as well (some pieces were slightly bent wrong - truly not a big deal and almost expected).Assembly is a cinch comparative to some of these small implements. The trailer makes it so I can haul A LOT more wood with my ATV. Previously I was using a standard lawnmower trailer. I think this will do much better in snow as well. The tires are super wide. The tires, and the way they “grip†when turning, would tear up lawn I think. Non-issue for me in the woods but something I’d consider if using on a nice manicured lawn. When I say turn, I mean making a sharp(ish) 90 or 180 degree turn.Last thing - it is 2-4 inches wider than my Polaris atv. This has already led to some long back ups as I get cornered on a trail. I also have to pay attention around trees. One day I came to a full stop because my atv just cleared a tree on the left, but the tire on my trailer hit it dead on. No damage and slow speeds but was a lesson learned. Just a heads up.1 year update: I’ve been using it like I described above. I put some cardboard down to help soften any dropping of wood in there. Still have no complaints. No rust, everything works, and I’ve hauled a lot of wood around with it. Every now and then I still forget it’s wider than my 4 wheeler and play bumper cars with a tree trunk.2+ year update: Still using it often and still works great. I’ve hauled pretty much everything in it. Wood, dirt, mulch, tools, fence post, my generator, basically anything I want to drag out in the woods. One thing that’s been super helpful is cutting cardboard to place over the mesh. I’ve loaded this just ridiculously full (like rounded top) with mulch and it doesn’t miss a beat. We’re talking a good sized bobcat bucket worth+. I basically haven’t done any maintenance to it; not even had to air the tires up more than maybe once in the spring. A lot of guys ask me about it because I can haul many times more than the old plastic, smaller trailers. It’s a lot bigger than the “lawn mower†sized trailer, but definitely much smaller than a car trailer. Again, things usually don’t last long around my place unless they are durable, and this trailer is still working good for me.

First, let me tell you I've owned a lot of different trailers and have built a few of my own so I know what to look for in a trailer. I really didn't expect much at first being that this is small atv trailer not intended for pavement. First thing I looked for was how the expanded metal mesh was welded to the framework. Most trailers I've seen that use this mesh are only tack welded every 6 inches or so around the outside with lots of ends left free. To my amazement every single strand of mesh was tack welded to the frame, no lose ends. Another thing that I liked was the removable rails and rear gate which allows easy loading. Also I was surprised to discover the wheel bearings are needle bearings rather than ball bearings, much better load distribution and bearing longevity. The bearings are provided with grease fittings also.I might mention that some care should be taken not to drop heavy items onto the expanded metal mesh. it is fairly light duty. I covered the expanded metal deck with rubber mat to absorb impacts. Should protect it fairly well. This trailer is an excellent value compared to smaller ATV/garden type trailers in my opinion.

This trailer works well for my application. I watched a YouTube video before installing. This was helpful. The instructions are not great. The box that the trailer was shipped in arrived beaten up and a wheel component was damaged. I contacted MoreOutdoor4U and they sent out a new wheel. There customer service is excellent! I added the ball hitch kit since I have a two inch receiver on the tractor. I also connected a 14" extender onto my receiver so the trailer has some distance from my grass catcher. In addition, I installed pressure treated flooring on top of the metal mesh and sides as I need to haul large rocks and boulders and I don't want to damage the metal mesh. The mesh seems a bit thin. This solved my issue and made the trailer bed very durable. I also installed metal handles. One on the yoke to make it easier to lift and pull the trailer around when not attached to the tractor (especially when the trailer is still loaded). Also another on the front above the mesh to lift the trailer bed for dumping (it makes it easier to grab this handle when the trailer is loaded). I selected this trailer because it dumps better than most of the plastic ones on the market. The yoke seems a bit wobbly as it's two pieces fastened by a connector and bolts. I will probably end up welding it together so it's more stable. So far, I am happy with this trailer.

This trailer is a good value. This trailer will have a smoother ride than your UTV. The wheels are not pre-greased. You will have to grease the wheels before first use. Assembly is relatively easy.
