The Starflon Excellent nonstick interior finish is Tramontina’s proprietary nonstick system, which makes clean up less stressful. The matching heat and shatter resistant tempered glass lid has a vent hole and stainless steel rim, allowing you to watch the process of your meal while it’s simmering. The long handles are Sicilia style stamped shank with over molded Bakelite, which means this chef’s pan is not for oven use. This cookware is made in Brazil and available in several colors.

I purchased as my “egg panâ€. It’s the perfect size for frying two eggs. Weight is perfect. Heat is evenly distributed so no hot spots. Quick clean up. Love it!

I bought this for the size and ease of cleaning. When I received it and read the directions, it said not for dishwasher. I had thought it was dishwasher safe when I bought. That's my only complaint.

I am absolutely delighted with this set of pots and pans. They are heavy and well-built, and they're also extremely easy to clean, whether you're washing them by hand or in the dishwasher. I'm also pleased with the brown color which goes well with my kitchen decor. I expect these will last years and years, and I highly recommend this set to anyone.
