Not much too this, but if you are missing your breather cap you need one to keep crud out of your transmission, and this will do the job for far less than the OEM part from Honda.

I got this to replace the cap the mechanic forgot to put back on my transmission after servicing it.This air relief cap serves 2 different purposes. first, it keeps dirt and debris from entering your transmission through the breather tube. Secondly, it allows air to enter the transmission to equalize the pressure inside due to temperature fluctuations due the transmission heating up when driving.It came in a Honda Genuine bag; it fits perfectly on the transmission breather tube. It has not fallen off since when it was installed roughly 300 miles ago.
