Fit good other than the o ring seemed to big and wouldn't fit into the transmission

It works as should. Had to make the kit my own with bending the bracket and taping the first fitting to keep it from having the bare stranded wire but all in all, it fit and was pretty easy to adjust. P.s it's a lot less stressful to mount this when you have an extra set of hands or while the trans is out.

Like anything aftermarket it requires fine tuning to work properly . A good tip is to note fitment and function of original before removal and if possible save you're old clips you might need it to reattach new cable to existing set up . This is working fine on my daily driven 1987 ford truck with factory efi 302 and c- 6 transmission

This cable replaced a cable which was no longer available. With a little adjustment it works well.
