TROUBLESHOOTING

inkjet printer print transfer paper

1.Why does the backing paper peel off while printing?

a. Check if the transfer paper gets damp;

b. Check if the transfer paper has been bent;

c. For some front fed printers, sometimes it may have such problem. Suggest you use transparent tape stick the lifting edge of the transfer paper and then feed through the printer. However, if you receive bent or damp transfer paper, don't use it.

2.Why the image cannot stick to the cotton fabric?

Light 1.0 requires heavy and even pressure to be used. If the pressure is insufficient, the image won’t well adhere to the cotton fabric. Heavy pressure means you should hold the iron with both hands and use your whole body's strength to press the iron.

3.Why does the transferred image look grainy and smeared?

If you peel off the backing paper while it is still hot, the image will look grainy and smeared. Light 1.0 requires you to peel off the backing paper after the transferred image is completely cold. We suggest you wait for about 10 minutes and then peel off the backing paper.

Struggled at first because the first one didn't turn out well. Reread the directions, followed it to a T (and didn't over iron) and it worked perfectly.

It does transfer vibrant images to t-shirts. It does what the description says. The only con is the plastic like feel that it gives the t-shirts. It is a one wash too. After that, the quality is not so good.

I applied the proper time, temp, and pressure when applying my designs. No matter what I did it always remained stuck to the paper and not the shirts. This just wasted 20 dolalrs and a couple hours of my time. Time is money so don't waste it here.

As I used this product I learned a couple of things. I sized and set up my image in Photoshop, and printed it on regular paper to make sure it looked ok. But when printing it on the Transfer Paper I noticed that the colors were darker than the regular paper print. I had to tweak the image in Photoshop to get the image lightened up enough to make the Transfer image look like I wanted it to. I used about 4 pieces of Transfer Paper to get it just right - so be aware of that. I used a 100% cotton t-shirt, which was washed and ironed to remove wrinkles. Even so, a portion of the image didn’t transfer perfectly. It gave kind of a vintage look - but I would definitely suggest working larger areas of the image for a bit longer time with the iron. It turned out well, and the recipient was pleased.

I can’t speak for how it works on shirts, but if you’re looking for an alternative use it’s perfect on wood!I have purchased this paper for multiple years now. I don’t use it on shirts, but I use it to heat press wooden ornaments. I love how it turns out every time!

It better to use a flat clothing iron that has no steam than a heat press, very easy to come off the shirt and not the greatest quality
Muy linda el diseño 10 de 10 lo recomiendo

I bought this item to turn students drawings into wearable t-shirts. They were easy to use with my inkjet printer and didn’t use much ink to achieve vibrant results. I will definitely buy these again.

I like that these heat transfers are not rubbery to the touch and are a better option than some of the heat transfer vinyl's out there. For cotton shirts, so far no issues of peeling or fading and heat pressing them on has been good. So far, my go-to for cotton t-shirt heat pressing.

Funciona muito bem em tecido claros, é mais difícil passar imagem para tecidos escuros e com costuras pelo meio.
