This is the 6th Transpack ski boot backpack I have purchased -- 4 adult size and 2 junior size. There are several features I like about the Transpack ski boot backpack. First is the very sturdy construction especially materials, straps and zippers. The separate compartments for each ski boot assure the snow/mud on the ski boot is contained. The middle compartment has ample room for a helmet and ski gloves. Also in the middle compartment is a handy zipper pocket for googles. Finally, the price is right! Highly recommend!

I read some other reviews along with Amazon, and Transpack seemed to be a good brand. Its great to be able to pack your kids' ski gear and have them carry it. The side pockets are big enough to be able to last for a while. They are not large enough to carry adult boots so its not for adults and eventually your child will have to upgrade but I don't think for years. our kids have 18.5" and 21.5" boots and there is plenty of room to grow. I figure they can last until middle school?If you children are under 7 and have typical boot sizes (15.5" 18.5"), you can actually fit 2 boots in each side. They have a mesh opening to allow the boots to breathe. The middle pouch is spacious and can easily fit a helmet, goggles and gloves. The quality seems good and the straps can adjust down so a typical 4-5 year old can carry it (although it looks pretty huge on their backs).

Most other bags are too large for smaller kids but this is perfect for my 4 year old. Materials seem like they may not last for years and years but the cost was very reasonable

Only had this guy a little while but it's basically the same as the figure skate transpack except it doesn't have the mesh/vented side. I walk to my rink most of the time and it rains a lot here so getting rain in my skate boots isn't very nice so I this instead of the figure skate bag. This comfortably fits a little MITF book of mine, like 8 pairs of gloves, my guards, my soakers, and some pads in the center area. It also has a smaller little zip-up area in the center area that's great for sorting a few things, wish it had one more of those though. Pretty comfortable to wear and not too bulky like the larger athletico bags. If you use blades bigger than 10 inches I wouldn't recommend this size of this bag though as it's a perfect fit with 9.75" blades unless you don't mind sitting it a little diagonal in the side pouches and then it should fit most. Just really wish it had another zipper pouch or something in the center storage to sort out small things like laces, lace pullers, earbuds, extra socks, etc.

Awesome boot bag for my 8 year old. Holds boots, helmet, googles, neck warmer, gloves etc. Love the throwback nod to Glen Plake!!

I really like this bag for my 6 year old. Works great for his boots, helmet, goggles, gloves etc. There's even a small inner zip pocket that he uses for a candy bar or snack! Really cool, and now he can carry his own gear from the car to the ski lodge!

I liked the size and fun graphics on the bag for kids. I bought two for my two grandchildren for Christmas. They were just the right size for an 8 and 10 year old.

Great bag for my 7 year old and his ski gear. It will easily last a few more years.
