Brought it on my last 2 trips. Awesome. It's pretty little. Can fit in a carry-on, but have checked my larger suitcases on my last 2 trips. Really great to have this be a part of my road routine. Great for after flights and in the morning after travel. What a great little item.

I bought this a while ago and finally used it today on my camping trip. I roll my back out as a mini adjustment and it generally worked great. Super convenient for camping travel. However, that round "badge" in the middle of the roller is actually painful when it rolls under my back. My spine hits it directly. I'm going to try to dig it out. As another reviewer mentioned, such a dumb idea!! Still worth it for my needs.

There are some rollers that are too small and this one is too big, I wish there was an in between size but I can't find one. I'm sure that it's great for your neck but I already had something for that. It's not very soft, in fact I thought it was quite hard, but again, someone else might like that.

Didn't think this was small enough to accomplish the specific exercises needed. To my surprise it's just the right size.
