Ensure smooth and quiet operation of your treadmill with this 4-pack of 100% silicone lubricant. Regular lubrication reduces friction between the belt and deck, prolonging the lifespan of these components. Compatible with all ICON treadmills, including NordicTrack, Proform, Gold's Gym, HealthRider, Reebok, Freemotion, Weslo, and Epic.
Keep Your Treadmill Running Smoothly
Most treadmills should be lubricated every 3–6 months, depending on usage. Check your user manual for specific recommendations.
Steps:
- Turn off and unplug the treadmill
- Locate the treadmill belt
- Lift one side of the belt
- Apply a thin line of lubricant under the belt, about 1–2 inches from the edge. Repeat on the other side of the belt
- Gently place the belt back down
- Plug the treadmill back in, and turn it on to the lowest speed for about 5 minutes. This helps evenly distribute the lubricant

My home treadmill has been in operation for a while, but the lubricant finally wore out.It's been randomly recently.These fixed the problem. Also, nice to have individual sealed portions so it doesn't leak or oxidize over time. These will last another few years.
