Purchased to use under my walking pad on carpet. Seems durable, no funky smell, and when not in use can easily be rolled up to store. The size is just right and a good value to protect my carpet.

I got this for exactly what the description suggests - to place under my excercise bike.Is it the best? No. Is it the worst? Also no. This is essentially a large yoga mat. It's a decent thickness, a solid black, and it's the right size to fit the whole bike. It comes rolled up in a plastic, so you need to do a little stretching it out, but otherwise it works great. I'm sure the namebrand is thicker, but I wanted something to protect my floors, and this does the trick. I've moved it around and it hasn't stuck to or left weird marks on the hardwoods.

This is a great mat which can be used for whatever you can think of. Besides the "Bike Trainer" mat compatibility you have so many different ways to utilize this 6MM (1/4") thick high-density mat, e.g. weight bench (see pic), table tops for surface protection from crafting projects, even wrapping around objects for both person and appliance protection.The material seems very durable, strong, pliable, definitely easy to clean, provides cushioning and many more features/capabilities.The mat also provides a non-slip capability with protection for cuts and scratches to whatever surface it's covering.The mat material is a "high grade" NBR - basically Nitrile rubber highly resistant to oil, fuel, and other chemicals. Additionally, it is tear resistance and but can also be easily cut to specific lengths and shapes, if needed.Overall, a great utility product sold a an extremely fair price compared to other vendors/manufacturers.

This bike trainer mat is very nice. It is slip resistant, easy to clean, and water/sweat resistant. I have it on carpet because my trainer is in an area where I have carpet, but this is probably more useful on hard floors so that your bike doesn't move and you don't get any scratches on your floor. I probably don't need it on the carpet, but I like that it's there, especially if there's any movement or sweat/water spilling while I'm working out. It's a little thin but I actually like that aspect because some of the bulky ones are a pain when you're trying to move the equipment. It's the perfect size for my bike trainer and I'm very pleased with the quality and functionality of the mat.

What a great mat! It works great for the workout area in our basement. The cement floor can be pretty cold and hard but this mat eliminates both of those issues. The 6mm thickness is a good size for a workout mat. You don’t want something too thick where it makes the workout on your bike or exercise machine to be unstable. The 5 foot length is ideal for the workout machine as well. Get this mat!!
