it looks like a stylish bag, but its actually a filing system. This is sooo much better than the small banker box I had. I have a cube storage holding my desk table top up and this is in one of the cubes and it just looks like a stylish bag, not an ugly carboard box. It's very sturdy, well-constructed and the sides hold firm and don't cave in. I don't keep a lot of filing so this is perfect!

I've got files everywhere in my office and am always looking for ways to keep them organized but still within easy reach. Ordered this file organizer tote to try to help with this goal. The tote itself is really sturdy. the kind of sturdy that could probably hold a couple of bricks & still maintain it's shape & not fall apart. I've actually used this to transport plants to my mom - I used this because it gave me handles to carry it with and a strong carrier that could sit in the car for 2 hours without my worrying about it falling over or collapsing. The cross bars take a bit of work to get them in the keyholes correctly, but one that's done, they don't appear to be able to pop back out easily.

This is a great way to hold frequently accessed files. The sides are super sturdy and this thing can hold a ton. Files fit perfectly. Looks cute, too

I work from home and during the week, my desk is full of stacks of papers. This makes tidying up a breeze. I put the stacks of papers in manila folders and toss them in this tote. Voila, my desk is clean for the weekend! Looking to get another one for my household paperwork as well :)

I'm still stocking it up, but just look at it. It's nice. Sturdy, well-made, looks like it would travel well if necessary. Looking forward to re-organizing all my files.I'll happily grab another one of these when this one's getting full.

Hard-sided so it doesn't collapse at all, with insertable rods to enable hanging letter-sized file folders. It fills a niche in that regard as anyone who has moved hanging file folders around an office will know -- especially ones with open sides. This is smart, well-made, durable, and fits that bill perfectly.I don't think it has much use as a file transport outdoors because it doesn't have a cover to protect the files from rain, wind etc. There are other niche uses ouside the office though I suppose, like transporting something you don't want crushed by a regular bag. (flower arrangement?)Anyone with moderate hand/grip-strength issues might not like the length of the straps as it takes a little strength to hold them in a tote with a full load (they just meet in the middle). Despite it saying so in the listing you can't wear this on your shoulder: the 6-inch drop straps are too small for starters and the tote's rigid design precludes it fitting under your arm that way anyway.Overall though, a well-made and a good niche solution.

I love this tote! I'll never use itfor filling but I was looking for something to carry craft supplies in that would hold its shape like a box, but with handles & a clean look. This is it!! I loaded it up with enough mesh, ribbon, supplies and embellishments to make 2 Holiday wreaths and took it to a friend's house. It didn't fall over on the car. It keeps it's shape & carried everything I needed. I think I may need a couple more.
