I have been looking for a stylish storage solution for some paperwork and had my eye on these totes for awhile. We have a file cabinet but always let papers pile up on the dining table instead of taking time to put them away. But now I can leave this tote out and it looks good. It doesn’t scream “industrial office accessory.†I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of room either. The papers are hidden but easy to access and when I’m ready to organize, I can take the tote to the file cabinet and lock the papers away. True, the handles are short, but if you grip them together they do meet and you can carry the tote with one hand- as long as it’s not overflowing. However the description states you can wear it on your shoulder which I think is poor advertising. It is highly difficult, awkward and uncomfortable to carry on your shoulder. As for the construction, it’s really rigid and feels strong. My only concern is the rails are held in place only by a cutout in the pleather. The tote is so rigid that even if the fabric rips, the rails may still stay in place, but it’s a potential failure point.

I have recently been put in a situation where I have a ridiculous amount of paperwork to keep track of. When this popped up on my amazon feed I was so excited and snatched it right away. Delivery day it took seconds to tighten the rods and pop them in it's almost instantaneous you're up and running. Files fit beautifully and the structure on this bag is perfect for the application. It's easy to wipe down and feels like it will hold up long term. My only complaint, albeit a big one, is that the drop on the handles is much too short for transport. It's so frustrating. They really only need a few inches more but the way they are is a total bust. For that reason it has been relegated to be stationary in my office vs my intention of having it get up and go with me. I hope the manufacturer reads this and adds a few inches to the handle because they really do have a wonderful and high quality product it's just that one issue holding it back.

I use this for my home office "active" file. Things that need to be handled within the month, or need to be filed away, stay in here. The file comes in a variety of pleasing designs and colors. I chose the navy one because dirt won't show as much. Also, the handles are a bit short but do work, especially if you carry with both hands. It does come with two metal strips so that you can use it as a hanging file storage. Love this as an extra file. Definitely comes highly recommended.

I wish the handles/straps were longer. They're a bit short so it's kinda hard to pick up when you have your files in this but this has been great for transporting my files!

I was not quite sure what to expect with this file holder. I purchased it to actually use to have some of my scrapbooking sets of 12 x 12 paper. This works very well for that and I really like that there are rods included if I wish to change it over to a hanging file folder bin. Disappears very well constructed and feels significantly sturdier than a lot of the products that I have tried. I loved that the blue color is very serene and calming. This feels as though it’s gonna last me for years to come. I am very happy with this purchase and thought that it was very reasonably priced for such a high quality item.

I got this to Karie around some papers, envelopes and writing materials. It works great for that purpose. You can also use file folders in it if you need to although I have not tried that. It looks nice and is well-made.
