This container says it will hold 74oz / 4.5lbs of coffee. This only hold less than 2lbs. When pouring a 2.5lbs bag of Starbucks coffee into it I still had half a pound left in the bag.

I returned this because the lid is just too difficult to get on. Little daily frustrations add up and this was just not acceptable!

Disliked the size very small can't use it for coffee . I will fine a use for it .

The Maxwell house container is 25 oz.. The Great Value Coffee is 12oz. .The Rubbermaid is supposed to be 74oz. This is way off

After an incident with weevils in the pantry I needed a better storage device for my flour. The container I had evidently was not air tight. The Tribello LARGE 22 OZ Ground Coffee Container For Coffee Beans works well for keeping the flour in the pantry. It was smaller than I expected but given the squat design holds more than I expected. I had a large bag of flour and it fit half the bag. I like the spoon as I can use that when adding flour to make gravy. Would work for all pantry needs because it is airtight. The screw on cap has markings for each month in case you need to keep track of expiration. Very handy storage device for the kitchen and will probably need to order another to store the other half of the flour bag which is now in a plastic sealed bag. The plastic of the container is thick and heavy duty so won't break. If you have pest issues, especially ants, this will protect your sugary items. Strongly recommend.
