These are a staple in any triceps routine. These are well made and comfortable to use. When I couldn’t find these at my gym, I had to buy them myself. Very glad I did!

I wanted to get this to help me use both my triceps and biceps when doing my pulls and it works great. It feels sturdy and strong but not too firm. It has been a great addition to my workout routine.

I didn't realize the center piece was plastic - my fault when ordering to not pay closer attention. The rope is fine and I guess it'll work fine but I just wish I'd had gotten the chromed steel unit instead (same price).
