This ball was inexpensive and pretty strong i put air in once and have not touched it since. Purchased on the 30th September for my wife to do P T at home after knee replacement procedure and is used 3 - 4 times daily since, great choice and highly recommend .

was a little difficult to get fully inflated. maybe needed to stretch a bit. It seemed to be full and sturdy, but the next day it was squishy. I worried maybe there was a leak, but i pumped it back up and it held. did that maybe twice and then it seemed fine. i bought it on the recommendation of my physical therapist for hip and back issues. it does seem to help to have it at home as well as being able to do the exercises when i go to therapy. worth the small investment. especially once i was able to get it inflated all the way.

and then my physical therapist told me to use it as well for my frozen shoulder.i put this on the bed and roll out my shoulders every morning. it helps so very much.so if i can during the day i also use this to continue to roll out my shoulders

Very strong and robust. I bought the medium one for some at home PT stretches. Realized after getting it I need one size bigger. However, my wife loves this one and it’s the perfect size for her. I’m using it for now, but might buy a second one, a large, for myself in the upcoming weeks.Easy to pump up and fill. Followed directions and no concerns. Supper easy, and VERY durable!!!

This is great for floor exercises where you lift the ball with your legs or arms - easy to blow up and such a great addition to my home gym

My wife loves this ball, using all the time. She is small lady (under 5') and ball fits perfect. Good product.
