The plug from the previous exercise ball was old and brittle. It broke apart when I tried to take it out. I needed to turn a drill bit into the hole to grasp it and remove it. When I inserted this new plug, it was too small. Of course, that could be because of the damage from the old one’s removal, or it could be because it was just too small. However, about three or four turns with a bit of plumbers tape and it was perfect. Good luck!
