These are a must have to prevent loosing one of your ACOG caps, which would leave the adjuster port exposed to the elements. Threading quality, black finish (powder coat?) is clean and even, perfectly matching the ACOG. The cable is small gauge, but adequate for its purpose, and the swedging is uniform and snag-free. I think there is a way to connect the cable to the scope so when one is removed it is not hanging from the other, but I haven't found it yet. Nicely made and an efficient addition to the venerable ACOG. As an added plus, it ratchets up the cool factor! Certainly, though, anyone willing to invest $1k+ on a scope wouldn't be playing mall tactical.

Very expensive for what the are. Not enough threads to work with the Chinese clone scopes. Would work fine with a authentic ACOG.

They work just as advertised. I installed these in place of the non-tethered caps that came with my TA01.

These fit my TA31 perfectly. I haven't had an issue with losing caps, but now have a little added insurance that it won't happen.
