I had the 12 volt model first and burned the motor up by connecting it directly to my solar panel which generates 18 volts. This one works fine since it is rated for 24 volts though I might not be getting the maximum output from the fan due to 18 volt panel. Still it works and blows every day when the sun shines and ventilates my storage

Easy to install, very strong with little vibration and noise. Keeps temperature within normal operating range. Make sure to get the controller too since this is 24v and probably wont work at full efficacy if run at 12v. The surrounding shroud is made of reinforced plastic and was easy to cut so I could fit it into my truck.
