I have ordered 3 of these. 2 were great, one came badly damaged. Box was damaged as well. Contacted the manufacturer which gives these a lifetime warranty and exchanged for a brand new one, no questions asked. Amazon had items on backorder and it would have taken 2 months for them to replace.

Drawers are off.. do not open and close properly! Get stuck! Hard to lock and unlock as well! 145 pounds..too hard to return! Not a good product

What was presented in the picture was not an accurate presentation of the product. The cart and drawers appeared to be contructed of all metal however the drawers were flexible plastic and did not slide easily.

It would be nice if the little door had a magnet to keep it from swinging open.
