Our cats are starting to get older and our bed is pretty high off the ground. One of the kitties is bad at jumping and likes to claw his way up our nice expensive mattress and sheets which is no good. He has used the new stairs a few times but for some reason he still likes to struggle his way up the hard way. Our other cat however LOVES these stairs and likes to just relax on them. The quality seems top notch for what it is, and it was super simple to put together. It feels very sturdy and looks nice in our room. The size was perfect for our needs. The cherry on top is the fact you can open the steps up for storage which was a huge selling point for me since I want to eliminate clutter and we are tight on space due to apartment living. Overall I think this is a great product and I'd definitely recommend it.

Delivered as promised. Easy to put together and are very sturdy, my chiweenie is about 18 lbs and these stairs help her to avoid jumping off the bed, thus insuring a heathy back.

Bought this for elderly cat. My cat toke right to using it. The steps are sturdy and great storage. Highly recommend.

While the description says velour, in the specs I saw engineered wood and I expected those side panels would be wood, but they are very slim bendable pieces of what feels like wood covered in velour. The carpetted step landing is of good quality and craftsmanship. They actually look quite nice though.They were easy to put together, but the steps are rather steep and not very deep which was necessary for the 4-step version so it doesn't stick too far out into the room. But my small pup needs to belly-crawl that first step down as it makes him nervous (see pic) but he does fine going up. I don't think a dog bigger than a s-medium size would feel comfortable on these the steps as they are so close together and the strength of the dog might cause the steps to move when transitioning to furniture.I gave 5 stars for quality and usability for the price point, not because these are 5-star pet steps.

I was a little worried when I ordered these because the price was so great, thought they might be poor quality. But hese are the perfect stairs for our pup!! They're sturdy and a great size. I love the storage feature in the steps. Great place to store all the toys he's scattered throughout the house. Highly recommend these stairs!

My cats are getting up there in age (10, 9, 8, and 8). My bed is high off the ground and the 10 year old was really struggling to get off the bed. The height is perfect and now all my cats use it. They love the sisal cover steps cause they can scratch at it without damaging it, they don't slip walking down it, the color is perfect for my esthetic, the steps are soft enough for comfort, and the value for the quality is so worth it. Bought another one!
