These stoppers do work and will keep your trolley from sliding off if you just bump it lightly. I would not trust them to hold in case of a strong impact.The way these are installed is that you are compressing the rubber piece against the top of the strut with the square nut inside the channel (I had to guess this from looking at the picture on the product page, since there were no instructions included). There is nothing but rubber friction holding this on to the strut. This also means the bolt protrudes quite a ways from the bottom.They work, but I would probably choose something different if I have to replace them.
