I attached this to my $800 harness. I use it all the time on 2 inch wide schedule 40 and when I’m climbing in the beans but thank goodness I haven’t had to use it. I do trust that it will work if I need to put my weight on it and I do fall, but it does have me anxiety, knowing it isn’t the really nice expensive ones.

This item was to replace my safety lanyard on my fall protection harness. My old lanyard rotted out. The item was exactly what I used before. I bought it for that reason and it was a reasonable price. Item arrived earlier than expected which a plus.

This is true heavy duty harness that secures to a belt and never secure to pant loops. This has a great length and secure when in use for getting up high and or working on any level off the ground this helps to secure yourself.

Good for 2 to 1 to 2 movements, decent quality hooks, easy to use and seems well made. Good lanyard, good price.
