I was looking for a strong, well designed bolt on bed rack for my classic truck. My bed is pretty wide, so most racks would not fit. Another factor was weight loading, and height. This rack met all my requirements, and I was thrilled to see how well made and designed it was. I opted to use coated, grade 8 hardware to mount to my bed side rails for extra strength. The assembly was easy, the adjustability for width and height was great for dialing in my desired height with a hard shell tent mounted atop. This is a killer rack, and should last for years. Only suggestion would be making the plastic sleeves black, so blend in better. My guess is they are orange for when semi-assembled offshore before boxing, to ensure workers don’t forget one. But - it would look better all black. Value for the money, prime shipping and overall performance and durability is top notch.

According to the instructions that came with this rack, this is not rated for 1000 pounds like the description states. It says it is 800# stationary and 600# dynamic. After purchasing some new hardware I am able to use it with my BAK revolver T slot tonneau cover on a Jeep Gladiator. The angle of the legs does prevent the top from rolling completely back but it rolls back far enough to access the bed if I need something. The quality seems good and the price was great compared to other racks.

Ordered this rack for my Ford Maverick from Amazon, arrived quickly. Packaged extremely well, every single piece out of the box was wrapped with foam sheets. It's rather large rack, towers has this weird flower shaped design, also orange accents are everywhere. Kind of matches interior trims of the Maverick. In order to make the crossbars fit they need to be trimmed around 6-8 inches. Also base requires me to drill 4 holes for each of the towers. I am impressed with the quality of the rack, however I am not impressed with the design. I don't see myself driving around with this rack. Pictures doesn't do the justice, you have to see it upclose to see the solidness and the design of this rack. This rack can definitely fit if you have a Retrax T slots like my truck has. Unfortunately out of the box there are no T-slot compatible bolts. All in all this rack is not for me.

The racks are great! But they aren’t rated for 1000 lbs as stated. Per the instructions it’s rated for 800 lbs. they were super easy to install and they are rust resistant due to the material. They look cool because they match my roof top tent.
