Ordered a while back can't recall when has been months though. Metal isn't the thickest but can some structure to it. Welds are only in certain areas not all of it is welded on the seams where the metal meets. It comes in 5 pieces and you have to bolt it up and have someone else hold it up on the truck to get the right measurement to bolt it down and together I didn't have anyone so it took me about an hr. It was slightly chipped and damaged during shipping and all the bolts or screws to hold it together were lost. Messaged seller they fixed the problem. 2 of the 6 amber lights do not have condensation in them so they are cheap but bright enough. Comes with 2 square hole cutouts to bolt in pod lights I had to cut mine a little to get the pods in. The whole thing is held down by drilling holes onto the bed rails and bolting in. Overall I'm content with the purchase. Added harbor freight lights to the top replaced 100w bulbs with leds also put rv camper lights on the side for when I'm out doing jobs or fixing something I have light on the sides of the truck.
