I have a bunch of True Cable keystones. The first one I tried on the table got destroyed because it slipped sideways as the punchdown hit it (completely my fault) and it chopped off part of the jack! So, I got this cradle and it works great for these same-branded keystones. I added some CatTongue gription strips (they are awesome!) on the bottom and this thing is not going anywhere on the table when I punch down. The jack snaps in and out easily. So it's really a help when you are doing these jacks. I am only doing about 20, otherwise I would consider the tool that does the whole keystone (8 wires) at once.

Never had one of these before and saw they were an option. Even if you were punching down on a firm surface already this helps keep everything corralled together and aligned. Makes it easier to punch cables down with the jacket close to the keystone body.

It wants to flip over during punch down and needs to be filled with something heavy. It hold Keystone ok.

This is a handy addition to the kit for cabling overall. There is one minor quibble in that I wish the keystone jack was held in place just a little bit better...punching down thicker gauge cabling requires a bit more force, and the jacks can become ever so slightly fiddly in their position when using high force to punch the cables. Again, this is a minor note, outweighed by the benefit of a palm-sized, fitted surface to assist, as it definitely beats using a wall, the floor, or your hand.
