The first time using this i had a smallmouth nail it. That was it for the day. So I would say it works. But I think it's like any bait out there it all depends on what the fish wants to bite.As far as my fishing gear I was using, I probably could have used a faster retrieving reel. I had to spin pretty fast for it to actually mimic the movement of a fish. I think on a faster reel it would have required a little less effort. But it was definitely lifelike movements.

This is my favorite lures for all seasons. They move like small fish through the water and I catch all types of fish with this lure.I have caught decent size bass with each one of these but they really love the red and the realistic lure.

Very realistic look and movement in the water. Great size and weight too. Catching more bass with these for sure!
