I'll tell you that there are a TON of tablet stands on the market, and if you're reading this review, I'll tell you that oscillating makes all the difference. We have two daughters - our baby sits behind the driver's seat and our toddler sits in the middle forward facing. Since our toddler is the one using the iPad, and she doesn't sit behind a seat, oscillating was the only way to go. It's perfect - she can aim in the middle, or have it tilt from behind the passenger seat. The bracket is VERY sturdy. We tried out another holder that didn't oscillate and I'll tell you, it bowed every time we put the iPad on.... very concerning, very annoying. There was another one we tried that the clip broke on installation. And another one we tried that we felt there was too much tension on the springs, it literally felt like it could pop any second. This bracket is PERFECT. It handles the weight of the iPad, the springs are sturdy and flexible, etc.

I think this thing is pretty good for the price! It works exactly as advertised and seems like it will hold up. I do wish the arm was a bit longer and I wish it folded up flatter when not in use. Definitely double check the width of the headrest you plan to use! It works perfectly on the headrest of my driver/passenger seats on my 2019 Honda Odyssey, but apparently the headrests of the 2nd row captains chairs are much narrower. I never even thought to check if they were the same. So it didn’t work for people sitting in the 3rd row. That’s my fault though.

The Tryone Car Headrest Tablet Holder is very easy to set up and holds your tablet or phone securely. I like that you can adjust it to find the perfect angle for comfortable viewing. It's great for keeping the kids entertained on long drives, and it allows them to use the device hands-free, so they don’t have to worry about dropping it. However, there are some drawbacks. The main issue is that it tends to become loose, especially with heavier tablets or bulky phone cases, causing it to wobble when you hit bumps in the road. Additionally, the adjustable arm doesn’t always stay in place, so you might need to readjust it frequently to keep it stable. While it works well for straight-on viewing, finding the right angle can be challenging if your car has wider headrests. Overall, it’s a good product, but it could benefit from improved stability.

excellent with a mobile phone. sturdy and easy to install. not tried tablet though. I reckon it can hold a small tablet too easily.

It's not super solid feeling with the way the spring arms work. They wiggle around instead of moving in a reassuring straight manner. But that doesn't really matter.GOOD bits:- general functionality- extendable arm is handy and isn't too floppy- handles Nokia T20, except... see below- the plastic feels solid- clamp springs are plenty strong. When in place tablet stays in well but... see below- the headrest mount is solid and strong- nice design not tackyBAD bits:- spring mechanism doesn't have a tight sideways guide so it goes side to side when stretching out, not a problem really but just not a reassuring feeling and a little harder to open as a result.- BIGGEST ISSUE with the holder: mounting clasps are to small. Kids tablets often have bulky cases, ours isn't even that bulky but the tablet doesn't really fit properly as a result and can fall out. It's a shame and a silly oversight given the intended purpose of the mount.

This was my second purchase of a car tablet holder. Unfortunately, the first (from a different seller) was just a teeny bit off of being the right size. This one however, was a perfectly able to fit itself to the available space. It came together simply and easily and was installed in a matter of seconds. It holds our devices securely and at a neck-saving height.
