I purchased this windbreaker as a dual purpose jacket, for both biking and hiking. The craftsmanship seems good. Pockets are where you need them and the windbreaker folds into itself so its compact and lightweight. To test it, I took it out for a walk in a steady rain. Even though its not rated as being waterproof, it was certainly water resistant and I had no leaks. I was surprised how well it breathes. This is important to me when I'm exerting myself at a fast walk or biking, I don't want to be a soggy mess inside as well as outside. The zip off sleeves are well engineered which made it easy on and off. I like the idea of a windbreaker vest when its too hot for a jacket but its cold enough to need your core covered. Reflective piping wasn't overdone. A very solid jacket for the price.

Used for windy and light drizzle conditions. Very water repellent. Gets hot while riding. Great fit and nice cycling jacket w/pockets

I had a similar jacket but a different brand that I wore out..I tried a couple of other styles before going and getting basically the same jacket. This jacket is super lightweight I am able to roll it up and use reuseable zip ties to attach it to my handlebars or just put it in my backpack. It's so thin and has no lining but keeps the wind and cold off. I almost always end up taking it off 4 or so miles in because I get hot, so I love that is not bulky. I ha e the orange and it's super bright for biking or hiking since it stands out during hunting season on the woods..I do wish it had more reflective elements or maybe some softer cuffs I am sure I could add some but am too lazy to bother. The removable sleeves I rarely even used on my older jacket and I had it probably 10 years or so..but still a nice feature I guess.

5'11" 180 lbs and the medium size is correct. Slim fit for cycling. Quality seems to exceed price.

Sizing is true. Got one size up to be safe but it appears to be accurate to the sizing chart so just get your size.Pros: lightweight and comfortable. Water resistant enough for light druzzle buy not rain. Doesn't keep you warm buy it does prevent cold.Cons: the plastic zipper. I know it's a compromise to keep it lightweight but the zipper tend to get snag quote a bit.

For the price it's pretty nice quality for riding and keeping the wind off. I'd have kept it except for the defect. Bizarrely the zipper on the stow pocket is only one sided, so when you stow it, the zipper pull is on the inside of the pocket. It's a major pain to close/open so I don't zip the pocket closed when stowing the jacket inside of its pocket. Maybe it's just mine and they installed the wrong zipper. Trying another product.

I wanted to wait until I actually rode my bike before writing a review. Even though I was riding by the beach, I got a little warm. I felt very comfortable after removing the sleeves. Also wore it during a regular walk with the temp around 60 degrees. I have no complaints about this jacket. It has everything I want including inside pockets along with the back pocket. It’s really lite but I feel protected against moderate elements. I’m really happy about my purchase.
