The defining feature of these gloves, that you can control your smart phone or tablet with your finger while wearing them, works perfectly. So no need to take off your gloves to answer a phone call, go on the Internet, etc. Besides that, the gloves are well constructed; padding on the knuckles works well and if they were to get dirty, they are hand washable and dryable, which many leather gloves are not; that is on drying many other gloves become very stiff. These are not real thick, lined cold-weather gloves nor do they have thick leather palms like regular work gloves, nor do they have cushioned palms suitable for pistol shooting where there's a lot of recoil nor are they waterproof nor are they electrically insulating for work on high-voltage nor are they cut proof for work with sharp knives or barbed wire but they combine mechanical protection with the ability to use devices that rely on capacitative control.Each glove has a little loop attached at the wrist opening so you can hang them up and they also provide a short length of round elastic cord with a squeeze adjustable/lockable stop to hold the gloves together as a pair if you like.In conclusion: recommend if controlling capacitative devices while gloved is all you need.

These are rather nicely made gloves. More of a fare weather glove than a cold weather glove as the back of the glove is rather breathable.I followed the sizing chart which had me order a small. It fits, but maybe a medium would get to my wrist a bit more. I am more careful with size as I have so many gloves that have an extra inch of finger space flopping in the breeze. I want a good fit.The conductive touch finger areas for phones is very handy and works well. Having a conductive thumb is a bonus for zoom with two fingers.I took a star away for a very simple but annoying item. Across the length of the pointer finger they put the words Tac-Tex in a rubber material. When I bend my finger, it kind of digs in or pinches the back of my finger. It is just the finger with the advertising molded into the surface.

The TU300s are exactly what I was looking for; lightweight, durable, and the touchscreen tips worked great even when wet! They are perfect for working outside in the heat & humidity. Though they are lightweight, they still provide great protection on the palms and knuckles. The fit was spot on and they are very comfortable. I will be buying them in black as well!

I am using these gloves mostly for yard and garden work, and they are durable, comfortable, and lightweight and fit really well when I used the sizing chart to determine what size to buy. I would definitely recommend these gloves to friends!

When I ordered the "HWI Gear TU100 Tac-Tex Touchscreen Utility Glove" I was comparing several pairs of gloves at the same time, but I finally opted for these because they seemed to check all the boxes. Somehow, however, I overlooked that these are not gloves which provide warmth. My error, but that doesn't make them bad gloves.First, I'll say the touch screen function does work, though it's not as responsive as an ungloved fingertip. Using a smartphone with these gloves on would take practice, but it could be done. I just wanted to make sure I could respond to my phone without taking off my gloves when walking the dog on cold mornings. Thankfully, these can do that. My hands will be ice cold but I can use them to touch my phone. /shrugSecond, these are fairly thin. Even for gloves NOT designed for warmth, these feel like they are very thin material - and the various warnings to "Hand wash with mild soap. Do not bleach. Do not machine dry. Do not dry clean." all make me think they can't possibly hold up. The material feels a bit like... sailboat sails. It's coarse fabric but seems designed to repel water.Third, the sizing was a crap-shoot for me. I tend to wear medium or large gloves, depending on the brand, but used the "This is a general guide only" guide from the product listing and went with medium (again) and they fit ok. The tips of every finger extend to the end of the gloves, save for the pinkie, which has plenty of extra room.Ultimately, these are ok gloves with a bit of extra knuckle protection in case you want to punch a wall or something. I would not order them again if for no other reason than what I really intended to order was colder-weather gloves and somehow thought these ticked that box. For the time being, I will use them, but I suspect they will end up being used for gardening and when they get dirty enough I'll toss them out.Currently these are priced at $18.00 and while that's not a bad price, I feel there are better options out there.

These gloves are very lightweight and easy to pack away for roadside use which is what I mainly have these for. They work well for minor issues and fixes or just to keep grease off your hands, but they're not super durable in my experience. They don't protect against wind shear so I use heavier gloves in the winter.Overall, would recommend for light work.

Fit great, with a very nice grip. Tough gloves that have been put to the test. 12 yards of gravel and not one hole. No blisters, amazing shooting gloves as well.
