This was my first experience with a paint by numbers kit for adults and I think it turned out very nice! I was a bit concerned seeing a few reviews stating the lines/numbers are still visible under the paint, but I realized that was happening if the brush was even just a little bit wet. If you wipe off the water before dipping the brush in the paint, it should be fine with a few coats.Note I did do some blending between the colors myself - if just painting in the sections, there’s no transition and it’s quite obvious. I would just mix the 2 neighboring colors together and paint over the lines, which also helped to cover them.

I really enjoyed working on this project. I wish they rolled the canvas instead of folding. I still have some creases in my canvas. The photo attached is in mid process.

The picture shows how the lines and numbers are impossible to cover. Opacity is nonexistent with almost all the colors. Hundreds of very tiny areas to paint which would be fine if I knew they would cover the numbers and lines. I’m going to finish it and possibly buy different paints to try to salvage this as it was my plan to be a gift. If my opinion changes I’ll add an update.

Jellyfish paint by number picture was very pretty. The canvas was folded but the wrinkles came out after ironing. The yellow, orange and reds were all see-through and would have required many, many coats.

I love to paint and have painted many different pictures for my best friend, this one is so pretty I painted one for her and now I’m painting one for me to keep. My only complaint is the same as many other people, it’s hard to cover over the lines and numbers. I came up with a solution by covering the lines in some places with other colors to make it more vibrant. It only works in some areas the others I have to go over with the color many times, still one of my favorites.

The frame was easy to put together but is not sturdy. The canvas was difficult to put on the frame with the push pins. I lovethe pictures and numbers are easy to fi d and paint

Very easy to put together, quality canvas. Only suggestion is to buy a set of brushes at the same time. The precision brush is pretty low quality but will do the job. I’m waiting for a set and using the brush until then. Happy painting!
