The first show tech brush we got for our shih tzu was given to us by our groomer when he was about a year old. He’s now 7. We have used these brushes ever since. We brush the whole dog in the morning, and the face and tail again in the evening. So the brush definitely gets used. It is soft enough to make the brushing comfortable yet very effective at getting into the hair and catch any tangle. Easy to clean. Long lasting and well priced.

I’m truly impressed with this brush!My two-year-old cockapoo has always dreaded being brushed, and the struggle against matts has felt never-ending. I was using a slicker brush from Petsmart but decided to switch to this one (regular stiffness). I’m so glad I did! It glides through his coat with minimal pulling on his skin, making the process a more enjoyable for both of us. Plus, I find it much easier to untangle matts without putting in so much effort.I can’t recommend this brush enough!

This brush makes dog grooming as painless as possible and removes mats easily. The brush glides through the mats and detangles all types of dog hair. Great product!

Not sure if it’s the length of the bristles, but this slicker brush is better than others I’ve tried. I have a very curly standard poodle and this is the o Lu brush I e gotten through is coat

Works great. Gently ( don't press down - just pull through ) removes shedding hair.Even a thin coated pitbull liked it ( he is jealous and insisted ). Cats have thrown themselves at my feet to get brushed with this. Say no to hairballs ! Say yes to a free massage ( that's what I tell my pets ).

I use this along with a greyhound tooth steel comb to keep Murphys coat brushed out. Being a mini doodle his hair is really curly at the skin and have to keep on it so there is no knotting. Removes loose hairs, value for money, makes brushing out quicker and murphy will lay down while I brush him🤣 he loves it!

My mini goldendoodle has two coats - hair on the outside and a thick wooly coat underneath. Keeps her warm but a challenge to groom.I had tried several brushes but they weren't effective at reaching the undercoat.My daughter, who has a mgd pup, told me about this slicker brush.Believe what you read in the description. The bristles are long, curved, and flexible. Aspen may look like a fluff ball but she is warm and tangle free. And she enjoys being groomed.

It works well enough but our dogs are not a fan tbh. The brush bristles are really easy to bend and it makes it hard to brush out my Aussie. Handle design is okay but I wish it was a little easier to grip when I’m going at it.

This is the second brush we've purchased. My husband and I often groom our standard poodle together and we both prefer this slicker brush over the shorter tined brush, so we decided to buy a second so that we can both use our favourite.

Excellent for brushing out a doodle, poodle, or other long-coated breeds. Sturdy material, medium-length "long pins" with that little hook design that helps to fluff the coat. Excellent value.
