This is easy to install and keeps the heat from escaping the end of the deflection plate.

For the first time since I bought it 10 years ago, my crusty old Pit Boss 71820 (aka 820FB) digital thermostat reading is within 0-5 degrees of the mechanical thermometer in the hood! It's always been anywhere from 10-20 degrees off... wish I would have found this sooner.Probably obvious but be sure to flip it the right way around or the magnets don't grab. They even stick through the 10 years of rust and grime accumulated on mine.To the seller: I'd add the 71820/820FB to your compatibility list... it's a perfect fit and works a treat.
