Ordered a large, I’m a 14/16 and it fits with plenty of room in the waist. I fluffed up the tulle layers and created a fluffy skirt. I have big calves so the socks are a little tight. The head band is comfortable not too tight but flimsys- what do you expect for under $20 for everything.

I work at a school and several of the staff bought tutus for two two Tuesday in February. We bought the blue ones and the color is rich and the tutu is so nice and full. I didn't wear the socks or funny hair things but they are of nice quality and came undamaged. They were in a vacuum sealed bag.I would buy these again.

I had to buy this for a work event (preschool teacher) and while it’s exactly what it shows in the picture, it smelled like fish! I don’t even have a good nose and it was awful. I asked my husband and he said the same. Had to air it outside for a few days and then it was fine but that was interesting.

The package was vacuum sealed. But when I opened it the skirt was in a package that was torn open. But nothing looked damaged. The skirt is cute & the head band is as well. The socks are a bit thin, but they go above the knee.(I'm 5'8")It makes a cute little addition to my costume.

This was a huge hit during the storybook parade at school. The tutu is a bit short, but I absolutely love the socks! They are mega comfortable and comes over the knees. I can wear this for Dr. Seuss Day too!

I left it in the package and took it out a day b4 to air it out or fluff it. Wow was it puffy! I absolutely loved it. I'm on the far right holding the camera 📷. Used it for Mardi Gras and it was a hit. I left in w my friend in NOLA because I would have needed a space saver to fit it back in my luggage 🧳 to take home. The socks are great material I'm only 5 foot so I could have easily worn them as thigh highs. The little head bandana wasn't tight and I was able to wear it all day/night.
