I teach circus arts and bought these to help my adult students keep their feet together in handstands and static trapeze. They're a little snug for adult feet but they work so well that my students ask me to get them out so they can put them on. I love not having to monitor whether their feet are together and letting them monitor themselves instead. They are VERY simple (elastic, velcro sewn on, the end dipped into some kind of rubber to prevent fraying) and would be easy to make at home, but even easier to buy.

My son is a boys level 4 gymnast. So we are very new to the sport. This has helped him figure out when his legs aren’t together yet he doesn’t fr trapped !! Great work for this company!! Thanks so much for helping him in his gymnastics endeavor!!

We use these to help teach our littles cart wheels in the gym. The get to put their toes on the colored ones. So they think they're way cool.

Daughter uses them at her cheer tumbling class to fix her back hand spring technique. Work well and easy for her to use by herself as she is only 10.

These work great! You tie them around your feet and they can tell if they are keeping their feet together by the velcro. If the velcro sticks, they are doing it right. If they don't feel the velcro stick, they are not keeping their feet together. Awesome idea!!

Both of my girls are in gymnastics and keeping their toes together while focusing on completing a skill can be a challenge. The great thing about these Sticky Toes is there is aubible feedback when the velcro comes apart. The velcro strength is not so great as to assist in keeping the toes together, but the feedback certainly reminds the wearer to keep their toes together. My girls' technique has improved greatly since getting these and the muscle memory stays during competition when they aren't allowed to wear them.

These work great. Both of my daughters are gymnasts and thought hey are semi professionals, they still use these when training on new skills to ensure their feet are together and toes are pointed.

Works great. But for small feet the Velcro is ripping the blue part because there’s no more space to stick it.

Always use them and they work great. You can pull them apart if needed but they are great to help keep your feet together.
