The item does not inject meat.a.) ...the metal tip gets clogged instantly.b.) ...the silicone bulb can't apply enough pressure to inject meat without leaking and making a mess.As for the good, its an inexpensive high quality turkey baster, and the red brush tip is nice because it has a flow through hole for your drippings to flow as your basting your bird or whatever.I now use it for that purpose solely and i like it.(FYI, if your looking to inject meat, probably buy something like a syringe with a larger diameter clog-free metal tip. Thats your best bet.)

This injector didn't work for me. I couldn't get the liquid to come out.
