Needed to secure two trailers that are left outside in parking lot when not being used. Keyed alike keeps it simple. I suspect a determined thief can get around this lock, but so far they trailers have not been stolen.

Das Schloss wird in Plastik eingeschweißt geliefert, was meiner Meinung nach nicht notwendig ist. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn es in einem Karton verpackt ist und einfach mit ein wenig Papier gepolstert wird. Dies wäre vom Umweltaspekt wünschenswert. Das Schloss wird in drei Farben geliefert, womit für jeden die passende Farbe dabei sein sollte.Die Grundplatte des Schlosses ist aus Gusseisen und ist sehr wertig/hochwertig verarbeitet.Es hat keine scharfen Kanten oder ähnliches. Der Bügel ist nach meiner Einschätzung Chrom Stahl, der ebenfalls sehr gut verarbeitet ist. Der Schließzylinder selber ist sehr leichtgängig und ebenfalls sehr gut verarbeitet und macht den Eindruck, dass er nicht geknackt werden kann, aufgrund der Schlüssel Bauart. Durch die verschiedenen ein rast Möglichkeiten, ist das Schloss für jeden Anhänger geeignetDie Bedienungsanleitung erläutert anhand von 4 Piktogrammen, wie das Schloss zu bedienen ist, was sehr ausführlich ist und deutlich praktischer als lange Texte, die erst auf die essentiellen Informationen durchsucht werden müssen. Außerdem weist die Gebrauchsanweisung darauf hin, dass der Schließzylinder geölt werden muss vor der ersten Nutzung. Dies ist meiner Meinung nach angemessen und notwendig.Die Verwendung dieses Schlosses ist gegenüber herkömmlichen Schlössern deutlich leichter, da es einerseits schneller Moniert ist, andererseits aber auch kompakter ist und somit einfacher im Auto zu verstauen ist.Abschließend kann Ich das Schloss jedem empfehlen, da es einerseits sehr gut verarbeitet ist, andererseits aber auch deutlich funktioneller und praktischer ist als die herkömmlichen Schlösser ist. Zusätzlich ist eine sehr lange Lebensdauer zu erwarten, aufgrund der einfachen Wartung und der guten Verarbeitung.

El envÃo y el embalaje del producto han sido muy buenos, como de costumbre.Las dimensiones de la bola del candado coinciden con las dimensiones estándar de la bola del coche, con lo que se asegura una perfecta unión a cualquier remolque del mercado.El candado es robusto y queda bien fijado al enganche del remolque, sin ningún tipo de holgura, pudiendo retirarse sólo mediante la llave.Además de en remolques, lo he probado en diferentes caravanas, también con resultados positivos.Viene con dos llaves, con lo que llevar una siempre encima y dejar la otra guardada para casos de emergencia. La cerradura me parece robusta y el mecanismo, además de funcionar de forma suave, es sencillo de poner y quitar.Lo considero una buena compra por la seguridad que aporta y por servir además como elemento disuasorio para los amigos de lo ajeno.IMPORTANTE: si usas ESTABILIZADOR es imprescindible medir bien el ancho, puesto que no cabrá si excede de los 100mm (como es el caso de los estabilizadores de caravana ALKO, por ejemplo).He realizado una valoración sincera y objetiva de este producto después de un tiempo prudencial de uso, gracias a una unidad facilitada por el vendedor. Dejo varias imágenes de cómo queda en diferentes remolques y caravanas en las que lo he probado.He quedado contento con el producto porque cumple lo que promete y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. This fits in quite well on to the trailer hitch. Does it work? No one has tried to take it off yet, and hopefully never will. It is bright and looks good and possibly is a good deterrent. Obviously, if someone wanted to get it off, I'm sure a sledge hammer could work. Definitely an angle grinder. But would stop someone if they really wanted it? So, it's well worth it to have some peace of mind at least. I think it's worth the money. You have several keys and it's easy to use once you do it once or twice. I had to really push it into the hitch, but once done, you get the idea of the force required.
