The cups are very nice. Light weight but great thickness. I ordered 180 cups for a grits bar for a wedding. When the cups arrived 29 of the cups were broken. Please let me know what I can do to get reimbursed. Thanks!

I like the product but it arrived w/ 1/3 of the bowls damaged. I don't want to send it back, but would like to receive credit for the broken ones. Can't figure out how to do that....
