This worked great for our vacation! Very very easily to blow up with the included pump. I have also found that the pump works for other things too so its a really awesome deal for this. We've used the pump to blow up our swimming pool for our daughter. Super quick and easy. But the travel bed is definitely worth purchasing. Its very thick, durable and well made. Good quality so we had no worries about popping it and help up to my daughter's weight as well as her older cousin. The side "rails" are perfect. They kept my daughter from rolling out of the bed at night but once she woke up in the morning, it was very easy for her to climb out. It compacts in the box really well so doesn't take up much space in storage and not much space when transporting it. Overall, this is definitely worth purchasing. Not just great for travel but great for family to have on hand in case your kiddo spends the night at a grandparent's home or a friends house. I would definitely recommend this product in a heartbeat!

Wasn't sure how this would work out. Our 3 year old daughter recently graduated to a full size bed, and we were about to go for a week-long trip to visit family. We've never co-slept, and we didn't feel safe having our daughter sleep in a play pen she can climb out of, so we figured we'd give this thing a try (in combination with the matching sleeping bag that attaches to the inner cushion).We couldn't have been more happy with the results. Not only did our daughter LOVE sleeping in this at night, she even managed to get some shuteye during her afternoon naps. It inflates quickly and stays relatively warm, and our daughter never complained about any discomfort. She slept in the same room as us half the time, and then in a separate room the other half. Every night, she slept very soundly.This bed takes up almost no room in the car when it's folded up. It's made of quality materials and doesn't smell at all. The mattress-in-mattress design seems to help prevent the bed from absorbing any of the cold from whatever floor it's laying on. The sides did a great job of preventing our daughter from rolling out. And the matching sleeping bag was a perfect fit that made the whole set perfect. It's a bit on the expensive side, especially with the sleeping bag, but it turned out to be worth every penny. Highly recommended.

We bought this for my son for our cruise and it worked like a dream! Not only is it the perfect size for little people while traveling, my son loved it!Pros:Easy to inflate- I pumped this up in 5 minutes. It is super fast and that’s awesome. It also requires no power, which is nice. Yes, your leg gets a little workout, but it isn’t too bad.Size- this takes up way less space than a pack and play in the room, but allows your pre-schooler to stretch out easily. It fit in our tiny ship cabin and also our hotel room. It also takes up way less space in the trunk, which is a huge plus when you travel in a car.Comfort- my son loved this. It was comfy and the sheet that came with is soft and feels really durable and nice. He easily used a regular pillow and had room to sleep and stretch his legs. (My son is 4 and 40” tall.)Durability- this feels durable. It feels like a bed actually made for kids ( you know, the ones that sometimes jump and act crazy). The seaming is sturdy.Materials- I like that the company is upfront about the materials it uses. Nothing had to offgas when it got here, and when your kid is going to be sleeping on something you kind of want to feel solid about what it is they are sleeping on.Cons-None. I cannot complain at all, because this is just that great.

We just received this product today so I'll try to update down the road after we use it for vacation.I bought this for our 3 year old son. He's use to sleeping in a "big boy bed" (twin size bed). He's way too big for a pack & play at this point (40lbs, 40"tall). Here's a few things I've noticed so far:1) It inflates easily. I tested the nozzles for the pump (comes with an electric pump) and found the short, wide nozzle filled it the fastest. Inflate the inner chamber 1st, then the outer/bottom chamber.2) The side bumpers aren't very high. I'm not sure if they'll keep him in the bed or not, but I'm hoping he'll touch them and his body will know not to go any further.3) I'm not sure if it will truly fit a twin fitted sheet snugly. I didn't have a chance to try one yet but I know the measurements are different. A twin fitted typically measures 39"x75". The Shrunks inner mattress measures 35"x70". I'm sure it will fit, just don't expect it to be as snug as on an actual twin mattress.4) Despite what many reviews I read state, the bed, when deflated, does fit in the carry case. For one thing, it was packed in the carry case when it arrived. Pay attention to how it unrolls/unfolds so that you can repeat the process. Not that it's hard, you simply fold in 1/2 long ways, fold in 1/2 again long ways and roll up tight. I was able to do this and have plenty of room to put the electric pump in the bag as well (in it's bubble wrap bag).My son really likes it so far and wasn't happy when I deflated it. I told him we could try it out at night another day before we go to the beach and that made him happy. All in all, as of today, I'm happy with the purchase. I only did 4 stars because it's just the 1st day so it hasn't been through a major test yet. Again, hoping to update after we use it a little longer.Update: I emailed the company yesterday after writing this review. I asked about the sheet and if they could direct me somewhere that would sell sheets that fit the size of the inner air mattress (35"x70"). This is the email I received from them today:"Thanks for your email.Even though there is a slight size discrepancy as you mentioned, any twin size sheet will fit well on our Twin Size beds. The inner twin size mattress allows you to tuck in the sheets until it is snug. Which is why a loose flat sheet works as well - you can keep tucking in the sheet so it slides below the inner mattress and it will stay in place properly.Best,Perry"UPDATE 7/30/13:A week before we left for vacation, the bed rail on my sons bed broke. He's an active sleeper so I didn't want him falling out of bed before we could get a replacement rail. Instead, I decided to use this inflatable bed. He was super excited when I told him I was going to set it up for bedtime. He slept in it for a week, no complaints! Slept just like it was his normal bed, no waking up in the night or anything. I packed it up before we left for vacation and he used it for another week there. There was no loss of air, and no complaints from him. It packed easily into one of the luggage bags. In the bag I packed 2 airbeds, sheets, 3 hospital grade pee pads (literally from a pediatric wing of a hospital), diapers, wipes and swim diapers.As for the sheets, yes, you can put a twin sheet on, but don't expect a fitted sheet to FIT the inner mattress, you have to tuck it in. I used the spare sheet set we have and it worked fine for both weeks that it was used.Hope that helps!

Hallo an Alle!Ich habe das Luftbett, wie wahrscheinlich die meisten, für den Urlaub gekauft. Aktuell haben wir es seit etwa 1 Monat zuhause zu Gewöhnungszwecken zuhause aufgebaut.Mein Sohn 3 findet es toll und schläft sehr gut darauf.Das Luftbett hält es übrigens auch aus wenn man sich mit etwa 75 kg +18kg Kind darauf legt. Ihr könnt euer Kind daher wie gewohnt auch im Urlaub zu Bett bringen.Die mitgelieferte Luftpumpe funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur am Anfang war es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man die Lufteinbringung wirklich gerade halten muss, sonst geht nichts weiter.Also falls ihr da Probleme habt, schaut euch an wie ihr den Einbringstecker haltet und probiert ein wenig.Das auslassen der Luft ist wirklich sehr einfach und schnell.

Bought 2 of these for my 2 and 4 year old for camping and travelling! They are easy to blow up and take down, its easy to pack away and supported both girls really well throughout the night despite being whirlwinds in their sleep. The sheet was soft and fit tight to the mattress. Overall very happy with the product it is worth the price!! Only thing I would change is if the storage bag fit the small pump as to keep it all together!

Ich liebe diese Reisebett. Wir haben ihm mit auf Urlaub. Die hat keine luft verloren in eine Woche und das mit die kinder da drauf hüpfen! Riecht nicht schlecht. Gute Qualität. Nur die kleien Handpumpe ist Sh** und war softort abgerissen an die Schlauch. Sonst top.

This has proven to be an excellent buy!Great for the price and large enough to fit a grown adult.It inflates in an approximate total (for both sections) in 4 minutes and about the same to deflate it too.Could do a lot worse then buying this.
