This is a sturdy metal frame. It was very easy to put together by myself. The only downside I have so far is one side of the standing sides had the screw holes on the wrong side. ( I did not put it on backwards)

I have purchased two of these beds for my 2 year old granddaughter. One for our house and one for hers. I like it better than the cheap type wood montessori beds. This one is metal, sturdy and very easy to put together. One of the beds has a 10" mattress and the other bed has a 12" mattress, both fit great. No slats needed, the mattress sits on the floor. Highly recommend!

The color definitely could have been a little more vibrant. It was a very thin layer of paint but it was okay. Design was decent but I wish they would have had some cross bars that went across the sides just slightly higher than a 5 inch mattress. Assembly was pretty okay considering I did it on my own.

This was honestly a great purchase. Our daughter loves it, the frame is metal. It seems very sturdy. My six-year-old son can do a pull-up on the top bar without it giving way whatsoever. (I know that’s slightly irrelevant, but it’s to give you an idea how sturdy this seems to be.) The bed does sit completely flat on the floor, without being connected to the bed. The only complaint that I have is the caps that go on the top parts of the frames don’t seem to click in all the way. So they stick out a little bit. we’ve only had it for about a week, and we love it. If anything changes, I’ll let you guys know!

Very easy to assemble. We decided to not use the top part. My toddler climbs in and out of bed easily. Great transition for my two year old to move to his big boy bed
