Thin hard plastic seems easy to break. Small diameter adds to the challenge of keeping balance. Swivel action seems to work good. It’s a good price, just don’t expect gym quality. I hope this helps someone.

The movement is not as smooth as I would prefer. At quarter turns it seems to catch. The "massaging" feet are hard (more comfortable with socks) seem to be geared toward acupuncture. The instructions enclosed show an acupuncture image in Chinese. 🤷â€â™€ï¸I do feel it working in my waist. Hopefully it will help it to shrink.

The foot appliqués are the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced in the name of exercise. I wear my shoes and it’s fine. But without shoes, good God!

This would be great without the feet riveted on the top. these are very painful and I see no purpose for them.. I recommend anyone NOT buy this .
