What I really like about these is the weight. They are SOOOOOOO much lighter than my old traditional pads (old school KWON which were heavy as all hell). These are so nice and light but still offer solid protection. Easy to use, easy to hold, and pretty comfy when being kicked all out by partners. The ONLY draw back is that they are sold as singles. I didn't realize that (which was my fault for not reading the description clearly enough) so I had to scramble and order another one ASAP before my Muy Thai class. Other than that... great pads! Remember to buy two!

I do like that these are larger than many other Thai pads- but the weight is perfect. Not too heavy, not too light.Great shock absorption. And great value overall. No need to buy Fairtex.

This material is thick and high quality. It will last for years. It can take impact and remains the same. The same goes for which body strikes; padding is thick for punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.

Great for kicking and punching.When striking the impact feels solid yet it also provides cushion on impact. I have used them holding for others to strike and I love the support these give compared to other punch/kick shields. They give way more support than similar models.I would highly recommend these for boxing/ kick boxing. Thank you!

Very good! It is rugged, and withstands hard Muay Thai kicks. It is comfortable to hold.
