The wooden fingerboard with fillet(R5) for all the pockets edges and smooth polished on all the surface of the pockets, jugs, slopes or the pinches which allows long-term hanging and no pains on fingers. As our hagboard is made by natural solid wood with no burrs and sharp edges, soft for the skin when hang.
Complete Solid Wood Block
The hangboard made by spliced board is easy to break, which is really dangerous. If made by compressed wood, the polish is always not good and easy to get injured. Like climbing on the rock, no mistakes are allowed. so, our hangboard is CNC from a complete piece of solid wood, which is much stronger and more durable.
Rock Climbing Hanger
The Climbing Hanger is made by #304 and with M10 hole. It is safe enough to hang any more weight as you want when you want to change the difficulty of hanging. Otherwise, you may use this climbing hanger to add some other training itmes, like rubber band, pull up grips, bricks and so on. It is easy to fix on or remove. So, just take away when you don't want it on the board.
Adjustbale Rubber Plates
As climbers, when you become more advanced on climbing, you may need a more challenge hangboard to keep improving. Buy a new one?No.,then the two rubber plates(3mm Thickness) can help you make the pocket shallower. That means, you can keep training on one hangboard from beginning to be advanced.

Might be a hot take, but I stuck this in my closet above the door and it's one of my best additions. Can do a few pullups and finger holds any time I'm in my bedroom now, would recommend to any amateur climbers!

I paid 130 dollars for the hangboard. What I received was a 60 dollar hangboard that was definitely not to the picture description or even any description I found for the one I "purchased". I can tell you 100% I'm dissatisfied with my purchase and would never buy from this seller again and I would never recommend them to anyone. Complete waste of my time and money, the only saving grace is that I can return the thing and hopefully get a FULL refund. Cheers everyone be careful buying from this seller.

Not only was the product very well made but they also include a workout program inside for beginners to follow and it’s a 10 week program thought that was really amazing and a great help getting me started safe without injury

J'ai commandé 3 fois le même article pour ne pas avoir une planche avec un bois clair et une partie verdâtre... mais mise à part le problème esthétique cette planche d'entraînement est parfaite pour toute la famille grâce à sont attache pour mousqueton elle évite les chute au sol

Easy to install, my son loves it. Don’t ignore the reviews, use a piece of plywood or something behind it to attach to studs, otherwise it’ll rip right out even with the drywall anchors in place.
