It was just as I expected very long and very big. It gets dirty easily though. It’s soft and very nice. Some of the cotton does come off and stuck to your clothes though.

I bought this to possibly wear to my daughter's late October wedding in Toronto, depending on the weather. I am 5' tall, and this is a perfect size for me - plenty of length and width to feel comfortable but not overwhelmed. The fabric is fine, and drapes beautifully. I'm hypersensitive to itchiness, and this does not bother me at all. The fringe is tidy and delicate. I'm just very pleased.I bought a navy blue pashmina for the same purpose from a different supplier, and I feel the same way about it. I can imagine them both being really useful on multiple occasions in future - great for travel, too, to keep the chill off, and they pack up very small.

I purchased these for a trip to Mexico and used the black on last nigh for the first time. I was amazed at how soft it was when I took it out of the packaging. The fabric is a good quality, it’s soft, perfect size and the color is rich. Definitely a worth while purchase!
