Not comfortable to wear. The spikes are too short for trees with thick bark.

This kit looks good from the pictures and description however once you start climbing with them, you find out fast that the spikes are to short as well as the strap that goes around the tree is not long enough for larger trees. It was a good thing that I had an extra cargo strap with me hooked up as I was comming down the tree cause the one that came with this kit gave way and I fell down the tree. Maybe for smaller diameter trees with thinner back these would work great and would get 4 or 5 stars. Please update the description of this product as someone could possibly get hurt or killed.

I’ve never owned a pair, but I know they got to be more comfortable than these things the metal digs into your ankles not to mention it doesn’t give you any directions on which direction to put them on they’re not labeled left or right they’re just consider held together with zip ties I hope there’s a better pair out there. These things were like $100.

Great to start on and see if you like it but the padding sucks. The belt that goes around you doesn't feel very supportive and the strap to go around the tree isn't long enough for big trees

This was a rather disappointing purchase, it was like opening a "toy climber gear set" the spikes were weak the bent, the rope was very thin, it was the cheapest accessories thrown into a box one could purchase. Not something I would buy again. The overall cost was great and it had a large variety of items included in the box bit it was not something I would trust to keep me from falling out of a tree or off a mountain

It didn't come with all the parts that it says it does, it applies a lot of pressure on the ankles. Overall it's decent but not great.

The pack has all needed for tree climbing for people with 0 experience. I would rate the price to quality ratio to great. Just needed a couple of trees cut high and managed to do it cheaply. Great product in its category.
