It's good on the neck, and clip stays shut as it should. Adjustable straps are nice to have. Would recommend!

The images of the lanyard show a sewn seam as well as the lip of the edging material being on the side of the pad that touches the back of your neck. This has me worried I'd constantly feel a stiff or rough ridge on the back of my neck. After using this strap a few times, I'll tell you that I've never felt anything of the sort during use. It is very comfortable and feels sturdy. The clip is easy to use (would be easier with a slightly larger clip for those with bigger thumbs), and the length adjustment was easy to do and hasn't needed to be re-adjusted yet. It's great not having to put my transmitter on the ground when two hands are needed elsewhere. The only thing (aside from a larger transmitter clip) that I wish this lanyard had, was a longer neck pad, as it's ends line up on 9 and 3 o'clock on my neck. For reference standard dress shirts are slightly tight in the collar for me. I don't feel the ends of the pad unless I pull down with some force on the strap, but a longer pad would make this 100% THE lanyard to get, especially for people with thicker necks.

I used this lanyard for DJI Phantom 4 flight control. The snap was difficult to install and take off —still on the control because I could not remove it. Otherwise, everything worked well.

I'm an avid Amazon shopper and don't normally leave reviews, but I play saxophone, and this strap is better than some that I have for my sax. I use it on my RC Spektrum transmitter. It's the only one I found on Amazon that has a "quick disconnect" so that it could easily be disconnected so as to leave the strap on your neck and leave the part that connects to the transmitter alone (which is the toughest part to connect and disconnect. I just ordered a second one to leave on my DJI controller. It really takes the hassle of putting it on and taking it off, either from the neck or the controller...just leave them both on!!! The price is even better than regular lanyards. I'm also short and have to adjust the strap really short and cant' do that with my Spektrum strap, because it tapers to a larger width as you go up and it can't be adjusted past that point. (I was going to take a picture of the brand new Spektrum strap to show you what I mean, but I don't even know where it is - I used it once and don't even keep it with my gear.) I was showing it off at my RC club, and they all agree it's a great concept. This is a "must have" for all RCers!!! I need to see how it works on my sax...maybe I'll buy more for that if the connector works.

I found the adjustable neck pad to be a pain in the neck. It was comfy but never in place. I lost races because I was constantly adjusting it. So after a short time I cut it off. Now I’m winning races again with my super duper, nicely adjustable and comfortable easy snap transmitter lanyard.Do yourself a favor. Buy 2.No, I don’t work for the company. I’m just an avid lowly RC sailboat racer that shares when I find a good quality value.

The neckstrap it self is good, and love that it is detachable clasp, to bad connector clasp that connects to radio is cheap, I replaced cheap clasp with radiomaster clasp.

The padded neck section makes for a comfortable lanyard. When using larger tablets that make the combined unit top heavy you do need to be careful that the controller does not swing around due to the location of the mount point on the controller - this is not a fault of the lanyard. In all respects it works as advertised.
