When I first saw this product, I thought I had to have it. Upon arrival, I was a little intimidated by the amount of hardware, but the install is actually pretty simple if you watch their videos online.Now, when I am at work, or riding through the desert, or climbing up a Southern California mountain side, I feel like I have a little extra protection for my tail lights. Not to mention, a slightly tougher look to my truck in general.

Looks great on the truck. When installing, add the foam pads to both sides of the mounting bracket to keep the entire assembly tight (see pic). The quality seems good and I haven’t had any issues with the coating, will update after a winter or two in the Northeast.Installation wasn’t bad, I should note that the only brackets providing support are the ones you both into the bed. The two on the side of the vehicle slip over he taillight pins and therefore don’t provide much support at all.Will this protect your taillight? Unsure. The aluminum seems a bit thin to offer any real protection against threats on or off the road. With that being said, it fits great, looks great, installs relatively easily and is a great deal for the price.

Functionality works and looks great for my personal taste. Installation was difficult at first because 1 pair of the mounting hardware was not bent to the shape of the taillight molds or recess. I had to look and compare at videos and diagrams to bend it correctly then trial and error till it fits. Material is sturdy and it is not hard plastic. I would prefer if it was a bit closer to the body of the lights. The screw mounts can cause injury as they are sharp on the edges if you pass your palm across the armor.

Product is well made and looks great. Directions are not the best but if you take your time you’ll figure it out. Had a problem with defective part and manufacturer was very responsive and rectified the issue quickly. Highly recommended ðŸ‘ðŸ»

Ordered and installed, ended up having to bend one of the brackets on the tailgate side as it was scraping into the paint on the end of the tailgate… pretty unhappy with that manufacturing.Also purchased a roll of rubber foam padding to cushion between the brackets and paint behind taillights.When installing both sides they scraped up behind there and will need to be touched up.More foam pads that are about 3/4†thick would suffice to protect the paint. Especially if something such as a 2x4 were to bump the covers and push the brackets into the bedside causing more paint damage.Great thought and design but QC needs to be increased a bit.The nuts were also EXTREMELY difficult to spin on without cross threading. All done by hand.

Great product! Looks super on the truck and very solid ... they will actually protect the light. When pulling off my light from the truck there are 2 layers to the pins. Sometimes they stick meaning the bracket won't fit. You need to ensure there are 2 metal pins for the brackets to work. if the plastic larger piece stays on you simply have to pull it off and put it back into the light housing so you can put the bracket on the correct pin. Otherwise the install is very straightforward. The brackets really only fit on 1 way so you'll see when you get to doing it. Highly recommended product. The support team was in touch with me the same day and sorted out the issue with the pin. Very happy with them.

Looks good but brackets holding it in place leave much to be desired.Inferior thin bracket that would crush on impact, screw stripped when tightening.But it will hold the light in place if the tabs are broken as was in my case, so on that svore I kept it.
