This suit worked so well for long use. It held up well under all the chlorine, and stays looking vibrant and good throughout. I've used almost entirely TYR Durafast suits for the last number of years (I am not a competitive swimmer - just a regular person!) and have been so pleased. I like the maxfit, which has wider straps and for me is more comfortable.I have worn this on many vacations, and it's practical and comfortable enough for regular use and yet is stylish enough that it doesn't just look strictly utilitarian. Works well in ocean or pool.

Excellent suit! Very comfortable and secure in the water. If you have an athletic frame with broad shoulders, or a longer mid section (like me), be sure to take that into account when selecting a size. ***note to those buying a racer suite for the first time: These suits are meant to be really snug, so they will feel slightly smaller and tighter than a regular swimsuit...they are meant to compress you and hold all of your “bits†in place while you train :)

Overall flattering fit swimsuit. Design slims the tummy and love handles. Material is thick. I’m small chested but swimsuit doesn’t flatten my chest like of other swimsuits do. Style is not too revealing. Took a swim and suit felt good with no discomfort. For reference I’m 5’3 and 115 lbs. 36 was perfect.

I've been a Speedo girl for a long time (in my 60's), so thought I would try Tyr. Not sure if the fit was off due to the mostly Polyester fabric, but I wasn't getting enough support for the "girls." It just mashed them to my chest wall so not very comfortable. Think I'll stick with Speedo even though much more expensive

This is my fourth TYR suit. I have been swimming since I was ten. I am now 67 and swim several times a week, so I have tried every suit on the market. TYR is my favorite. It holds up(shape and color) and has great designs. I am very tall almost 5’10†and buy one size larger because of my body length. I do wish that there were suits for long torsos.

Extremely small. Please be careful.If you use size 38 or 40 it will not fit. You will have to return it. The size 40 is for a 36 or maybe a 38 on the lower sizing side of 38.TYR has really ruined this and other bathing suits which I used to purchase because I use 40, and each day they make them smaller.. A lot of people have returned them for this same reason. I really regret this because the first ones I purchased-TYR Alliance T-Splice-, all the same model, came smaller and smaller un til I had to start returning them. I tried this to see if it worked...Read the reviews before you purchase.

I am obsessed with TYR suits. I have tried so many other brands but keep coming back. I am 5'11" and weigh 165 lbs. This brand fits my long torso and has lines that are both vibrant and slimming. I lap swim in mine weekly in a very chlorinated pool and the color and fit holds up.

Las tallas pueden ser diferentes de como son en México,pedà la talla mas grande que tenÃan y al final no me quedo pero paso a ser de mi hermana y la verdad el material es bueno y cómodo, mi único detalle son las tallas que son aun mas pequeñas que las del paÃs, puesto que pedà otro de otra marca (misma talla) y en ese si entre.

I will be buying another one of these as soon as they come back in stock with my size. Love the overall cut and it feels like it will last the 300 training hours they company claims. I swim masters 3 to 5 times per week. I'm 46, have a large bust and am too old for my bum to be hanging out. The cut of this swimsuit supports me very well and is full coverage everywhere.

I always buy TYR swimsuits. The reason I have a few swimsuits is not because they are bad quality, it is because I just don’t like to wear the same swim suit every day.I have a "TYR Alliance T-Splice Maxfit" in size 38 which fits perfectly, a bit tight to put on, but once on it feels just right.The "TYR Phoenix Splice Maxfit Swimsuit" as well as the “TYR Sport Women’s Solid Durafast Maxback Swimsuit†which I purchased at the same time in size 38, appear to be larger than the “Alliance T-Splice Maxback Swim suit" which may be due to the softer and stretchier material. Both swimsuits are very easy to put on and fit well. The back of both of them comes up to the waist and is nicely cut. The lined swim suits appear to hold more water than the "Alliance". I wonder whether with wear and tear the “Phoenix†and “Solid Durafast†may start sagging. I may have to shorten the straps a bit which should be easy enough to do. I think whilst size 36 may have the right body length for me it may be too tight. Shall see how both swim suits go with prolonged use and then may order size 36 to try.Overall, I am finding TYR swimsuits to be very good quality swimsuits that fit well. I just ordered another "Alliance T-Splice Maxback Swim suit" which, at this stage, I prefer. I chose the size according to the TYR website and it worked out well for me.
