I wanted a light weight robe for sitting around the house. I am 6'3", 280lbs with a 40" waist, broad shoulders. I am usually on the border between xxl asd xxxl. I wanted the robe to be loose for comfort and ordered the 2x-3x size. It came with a tag that said 2xp-3xp. I have no clue what the p means. Tag said 100% cotton, 5% shrinkage max. I opened it up and put it on. The fabric is best described as very heavy t-shirt material, very soft. It seams well made, the piping is not over the top. However, the dang thing was about 2-3 sizes too big. I mean two of me could have fit inside. I liked its promise, so took a gamble and threw it into a hot water washer cycle and a max hot dryer cycle. It came out even softer and was a perfect fit! It has these two ties on the inside to secure it, I guess. I just tied them into their own knots, may cut them off later. Some reviewers complain that the belt is wonky. Its sewn on the right side, loose on the left which threads through a loop. I actually like the feature because I wear it over sleep pants and a t-shirt as an extra layer, open ala Lebowski style. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the fit, quality and value. This is the second one I have bought, first gray, this one black. I wear them all the time!

My husband had been looking for a robe for lounging after a shower, so I got him this. He loves it and is so happy with it! It’s soft and comfortable. It has long sleeves but is light material, so good for different seasons.

Nicely made, stylish and the fabric is comfortable to the touch. My honey is really enjoying this robe and thinks he willl use it more than the typical thick terry cloth robe which always ends up bulky like being wrapped in towels.I bought the medium and the length hits just about knee length. He’s 5’10 and slim.

I needed another robe, ... one lighter than the 'fleece' robe I had been wearing, and sweating bullets in during the summer months here in New England. I knew I loved my wife for other reasons than the obvious, ... she ordered this robe for me, and I LOVE IT!The material is both light and warm at the same time. The material is very soft to the feel, almost like satin, but much more in-tune with a person getting out of a shower. The fit was great, ... and the inner tie is a plus. Just keep in mind,... it is short. So for those of us that sleep in the "skin", ... to sit in a cold wooden chair while having morning coffee might be a bit of a shock. But HELL, ... I"M 65 YEARS OLD, ... A BIT OF A "SHOCK" IN THE MORNING IS A NICE WELCOME TO THE DAY !

This robe is a good quality and value. It is a bit heavy for warm spring and summer days, but will be fine for cool spring, autumn and winter evenings. The robe has large pockets, and a place where you can hang it on a hook. It has inner and outer belts so you can tie it and adjust it how you want it and not have it fly open, especially for guys that like to go nude under the robe. The fabric is soft and feels like a light velvety terry cloth. The sizes run big so a bigger guy or an athlete can fit this robe comfortably. I have the black 2X/3X size. I would have given 5 stars but for the region I live in (the tropics) the robe will be a bit heavy most of the year except on winter nights.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas because he’s super stubborn and won’t buy new clothes like most men lol. So I bought him this housecoat so he stops wearing mine because he is 6 foot four and I am 5 foot four and he is 320 pounds and I am 140 pounds so he stretches my housecoat when he puts it on his big beautiful body. So I got him this housecoat and he loves it. It’s just the perfect amount of warmth. It’s not really thick, but it’s not really thin so you don’t get too hot and you’re not cold so it’s literally perfect for someone who doesn’t like to be too hot or too cold. The fabric is very comfortable and now I steal his housecoat all the time lol because it’s nice and big and comfortable. He got the gray one to match his new slippers that I bought him.

Ich wollte einen leichten kimonoartigen Bademantel für meinen Mann, der wenig Platz im Reisegepäck einnimmt. Das trifft alles zu. Er ist allerdings so dünn und glatt gewebt, dass er Nässe nicht gut saugt. Man sollte sich also vor Benutzung gut abtrocknen.
