Magnets are very strong, I will say the install is very frustrating but once you get it installed and mounted it works like a charm.

As with most magnet mounts, I would like it if the magnet were a bit stronger. It's fine for use in a fixed location or on smooth roads, but it just doesn't hold quite strongly enough for me to be confident my mic will stay put going over rough terrain.

This is a must have product to hold your remote microphone and those who do not want to drill into your dash. This mic holder has two super strong neodymium magnet and installation is a snap. I know there are similar products that does the same thing but they are well over double the price.This mic holder is extremely simple and the magnets are super strong. Great product that securely holds the mic in place and will not drop or slip off. Just make sure the surface is clean before you stick the other side of the magnet on. If I can give this a 10 stars I would. Very happy with the product and will be recommending this to anyone who wants a well made and simple mic holder.
